"Bethania,
a grace of a soft bitter, piquant and fruity extra virgin
olive oil"
A great
olive oil is the result of three main phases: Harvesting,
Processing and Finishing. Our goal is to produce a natural
Olive Oil of excellent quality and purity, thus we take special
care in all three phases of the production.
We begin
this process being very careful with our Olive trees. We try
to absorb the energy of the sun to maintain the flavor of
the trees; no plaguicides are used. Our olives are hand picked
at optimum ripeness and we choose only the perfect ones.
Bethania
is the final product of a painstaking production process in
which the time lapse between harvesting and processing is
no greater than 12 hours, preventing berry spoiling or rust.
The Oil is exclusively obtained from olives fruits trough
mechanical or physical means (washing, crushing, pressing,
decantation, centrifugation and filtration), carried out in
special thermal conditions which guarantee that no alteration
of the final products are produced. No additives or colorant
are used in our oil.
Finally, we put our oil in a
green dark bottle in order to protect the oil qualities from
light and air, the worst enemies of extra virgin olive oils.
The result
is a completely natural product, without any spices, additives
or coloring agents. We obtain an aromatic and fruity olive
oil because of the sun and the care of the people who loves
the earth, water and air.

is its intense fruity, soft bitter, piquant flavor, highly
appreciated by experts. The soft bitter taste of the olive
oil is due to the polyphenols, which are potent antioxidants.
In order to preserve these healthy qualities, we recommend
not to expose it to highly temperature, nor to sun light nor
to strong odours.
